BELL

BELL — architectural 3D visualization and CGI animation by Saccade studio. Project: MR Group, Moscow, 2026. Client: developer MR Group. Project type: high-rise tower. To pick one volume out of the crowd and show the intricate play of its ribbed facade against changing light. To find — on a very short deadline — an image that holds the character of the project at any hour of the day. BELL is a Prime-class office skyscraper by Belorussky railway station, on 1st Yamskogo Polya Street: 48 floors and 220 metres, the tallest tower of the new business district next to SLAVA. Developed by MR Group, designed by UNK. Its form is an elongated ellipsoid that widens towards the top like a sports trophy, and the curved parts of the facade are clad from ground to roof in textured stainless-steel fins. The fins catch light from every direction, so the tower looks different every minute. That was the task: in three days, find four frames in which the building holds its character at any hour. The setting sun flares in the tower above the rooftops of the centre; a worm's-eye view along the ribs of the facade, with a girl in red on the stairs; night, a train rushing beneath the tower that overhangs the tracks, red lights at its top; morning behind the turrets of Belorussky station, with birds and passers-by in silhouette. Photorealistic renders, visualizations and archviz for real estate developers and architecture firms worldwide.
