Springs residential complex beside Fili Park — a 25-floor tower with tiered terraces and a Moscow panorama. The sculptural facade holds the character of the building from every angle — park level to aerial view. The task — to show a building that belongs to both the city and the park at once. Springs is a 25-storey club house on Malaya Filyovskaya Street by Fili Park, developed by UNIQ. Architecture by the Istanbul practice Tabanlioglu Architects, landscape by Wowhaus, interiors by Quadro Room. Rounded balconies shift from floor to floor, so the facade reads as a wave. The park is the main character of all 18 stills, a month's work: the tower rising above the green mass of Fili with the Moskva River and the city skyline beyond, reflections in puddles after rain, a stadium running track at its foot. Closer in — low golden sun on the curves of the balconies and backlight through haze with a lone figure on a terrace.
