Residential Complex MYSS

Residential Complex MYSS — architectural 3D visualization and CGI animation by Saccade studio. Project: MR Group, LIKINO, 2025. Client: developer MR Group. Project type: residential complex. Myss residential complex — a sequence of courtyards with playgrounds, pergolas and layered planting between buildings of varying height. The task — to show everyday scenarios, from a morning walk to an evening by the bench. MYSS is MR Group's first out-of-town project: a premium family neighbourhood near the village of Likino in the Odintsovo district, off the Minsk highway. Blocks of up to 12 storeys and club houses are by Genpro, clinker-brick townhouses and cottages by Zrobim, with a 17-hectare park and pond at the centre. The landscape is by Alexander Leonov and Maria Tsentsiper: each courtyard is dedicated to one of Russia's regions. We chose to sell life rather than buildings — with humour and in the manner of a fashion shoot — and over two months that approach grew into 48 stills and a 360° panorama: a couple in techwear in the middle of a pedestrian street lined with cafés, three poodles in coloured goggles in a courtyard, a tiny frog on a garden lamp among the hostas, lily pads glowing on the evening pond. We shot the cottages as houses in an old forest — a fitness ball left on the lawn, a car at the gate — and turned the winter frame into a celebration: a Christmas tree, an ice town and sledges.
