Metro at the door, the city a step away — a living environment where connectivity and quality of life come together. Metropoint is an apartment complex by Forum Group in Dubai's Downtown Jebel Ali, a short walk from Life Pharmacy station on the metro Red Line. Completion is scheduled for late 2027. The sales launch called for a series of twenty stills: the building on a clear day with planted terraces, warm sunset light on the balconies, life at the entrance among the palms, a dark silhouette against the evening sky with the Burj Khalifa — and a rainy view with a metro train on the viaduct, the location's key selling point.
